In my 20 years in the fitness industry I have evolved and developed a passion for the deeper transformation through body movement.
Working on my own health and fitness over the years helped me to deal with my own challenges of thyroid disorder, neck and hip pain, depression and lack of self love.
“Back to life through movement” is an understatement. Movement is (the real) medicine! And with more and more studies backing it up, you just can’t argue with it. It’s a fact! Just try it yourself and watch what happens!
My passion is seeing people find their strength… build a strong, fit and flexible body, become energized and happier. All through functional and mindful movement.
